About Me

Nonprofits are my niche, and my passion is helping them thrive through strategic tech solutions, and simplified, documented workflows. Let’s unlock your organization’s potential, one process at a time.

Hi, I’m Stephanie Sloan

From the earliest days of tech adoption in nonprofits, I’ve been a bridge between technology and organizational needs. As a young professional starting out of college, I was often the go-to for computer and software related needs, training staff on early systems and being asked to consult on websites and even a peer-to-peer network —a small but impactful innovation that helped teams collaborate within tight budgets.

As technology evolved, so did my skill set. I have never met a tech platform that I couldn’t make friends with. I further honed my skillset by learning to automate repetitive tasks using tools that didn’t just streamline workflows; they transformed how my clients managed their member data, event logistics, and donor communications. I started to see the powerful parallels between my past work in the association and nonprofit worlds and my push to assist online business owners and coaches with their tech needs.  These experiences cemented my belief that with the right tools and optimized processes, nonprofit organizations could see better efficiency, stronger member engagement, and improved overall impact.

At JLC Systems, I use my proprietary IMPACT method to help nonprofits and associations overcome inefficiencies, align their systems with their goals, and create resilient processes. I’m most excited to bring my expertise with both technology systems and process improvement to clients, empowering them to focus on their mission with less time wasted on inefficient tasks.

There was a significant increase in the amount of work accomplished, efficient work flow processes were developed, and program enhancements were expanded.
